POLICY ON REFUNDS
To fully understand Your rights and limitations, You must read and agree to Our refund policy. Refunds are only provided in exceptional circumstances.
INCOMPLETE OR UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY:
If the Product does not meet Wikipedia’s guidelines and We are unable to make necessary adjustments after multiple revisions, a partial refund may be issued based on a mutually agreed percentage. We are committed to ensuring Client satisfaction by offering unlimited revisions to meet Wikipedia’s standards.
LATE DELIVERY:
While we prioritize On-Time Delivery, if a delay occurs due to Our fault and after multiple failed attempts to contact Us, You may be eligible for a refund. The Support Team will provide an estimated timeframe for project completion, but if delays arise beyond this period, documentation must be provided to validate the claim.
REFUND PERIOD:
Refund requests must be submitted within 25 days of delivery. Requests made beyond this period will not be entertained. It is the responsibility of the Client to keep track of the refund window when placing an Order.
CASES WHERE A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED:
The Client has not contacted Us for more than two weeks.
The Client has violated any of Our policies.
The refund request has exceeded the allowed 25-day timeframe.
The Company undergoes business restructuring, rebranding, or changes its name.
Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as “change of mind,” “disagreement with a partner,” or any non-service-related reasons.
The Client has chosen a special or custom package that is non-refundable.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Wiki Fundamentals is not responsible for changes made by Wikipedia’s independent editors or moderators.
We do not guarantee indefinite page retention, as Wikipedia is a publicly editable platform.
We are not liable for any content modifications, removals, or disputes arising from Wikipedia’s policies.
